Open Access, Copyright and Licensing Policy
The Al-Turath Journal of Scientific Reviews (ATJSR) is an open-access journal committed to making scholarly knowledge freely and permanently available to readers without subscription barriers. Published articles are accessible online so that researchers, students, healthcare professionals, agricultural and environmental scientists, policymakers, and the wider scientific community can read and use the journal's content.
Authors retain appropriate rights to their scholarly work in accordance with the journal's publication agreement and licensing policy. Publication in ATJSR does not transfer responsibility for the scientific content away from the authors, who remain accountable for the originality, accuracy, and integrity of their work.
The journal may publish its articles under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Under this license, users may read, download, copy, distribute, adapt, and reuse published material for lawful purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors and source, a link to the license is provided, and any modifications are clearly indicated.
Third-party material included within an article may be subject to separate copyright conditions. Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted figures, tables, images, questionnaires, or other material when such permission is legally required.
Open-access publication does not influence editorial decision-making. Acceptance of manuscripts is based exclusively on scientific quality, relevance, methodological rigor, ethical compliance, and the value of the scholarly synthesis. Any publication charges, waivers, or other financial policies are handled independently of the peer-review and editorial decision process.
Copyright and licensing information should be displayed clearly on the journal website and, where technically possible, on individual article pages and published PDF files.
